Aruna Rajaram’s journey as a healer first began when she joined Creative School five years ago. Her experiences with the Inner Child, EFT & NVC, PLR workshops with Jayashree and Ashok , Radiant relationships workshop with Dr. Newton & Dr. Lakshmi, and the Rebirthing Workshop under the guidance of Leonard Orr inspired her more towards healing. She tries to incorporate most of the practices she’s learned into her healing sessions.

Aruna believes awareness is the first step towards healing. This is her primary role as a facilitator. She believes that simple daily practices like affirmation, gratitude and journaling is a catalyst to healing process and brings in lot of self awareness. The rest is pure guidance from the Divine and healthy open discussions with friends and Masters.
