Daily Energy Breathing Practice & Meditation
This is a beautiful 20 minute daily spiritual practice for wellbeing. It consists of 4 powerful Energy Breathing Practices or Pranayamas followed by a guided Meditation to purify and energize your energy field.
It is recommended for beginners as well as experienced practitioners, that you practice everyday, once a day or twice a day. The benefits are felt with a consistent practice.
Meditation to build Inner Strength, Well-being and Positivity
This is an in depth 45 minute practice which will help you relax, let go, connect to your inner Divinity and recharge yourself with vitality and positivity. It is especially helpful if you are having to deal with stressful situations.
You will be guided through Breathing exercises, Grounding and Cosmic Energy Recharge, Balancing with Nature’s 5 Elements, Chanting, Relaxation and Affirmations.
