Compassionate Awareness & Communication

Duration: 2 day workshop + 4 experiential learning sessions

The Compassionate Awareness & Communication course goes beyond mere communication skills – it begins with cultivating awareness of oneself and others by tuning into thoughts, emotions, needs and teaches us how to transform conflicts, judgments, defensiveness and aggression, into understanding and empathy for the self and others. With rigorous application of these tools and processes we can learn to function from a self-aware, powerful and compassionate state which will ultimately influence how we connect with and communicate with others and thereby improve the quality of personal and professional relationships.
