Meditation is the core of our center and is included as part of all yoga classes and well as workshops. This simple breath based meditation technique (using simple breath meditation, “ana pana sati”), is truly secular in nature. Persons undergoing training can participate in both group meditations as well as have their own home practice. Meditation is a MUST in life to help cope with stresses and regain perfect health. All are taught and encouraged to meditate. We conduct these group meditation practices on Weekend evenings for people who are interested in meditation and self-growth
For participants who have already begun the training program, we recognize the need for regular practice, support and ongoing learning/community. We organize bi-weekly practice groups for connecting and releasing emotions. We will also have regular group meditations at the end of every practice.
